Management
The foundation is managed by the founder: Simone Kuiter. Given the fact that the foundation is managed by one person, the recommendations of the so-called ‘Vervlechting Code Goed Bestuur' Committee were followed in drawing up the articles of association pertaining to the appointment of a financial audit committee. The Wijffels Code was likewise observed. This code provides guidelines on the management, supervision and accountability of charitable organizations.
